| special order items - we keep a large stock of the most popular parts for immediate shipment. We can order parts for most BeA, Fasco, and Rainco tools. |

| Fasco and Rainco parts usually ship within ten days if Fasco has them in the US. If they have to come from Italy it may take several weeks. |

| BeA parts ship from Germany It takes at least two weeks for us to receive them, sometimes a month or more.

| order processing - your credit card is not charged automatically when you place your order. We check stock and then charge your card. You are only charged for items that ship immediately. There are no extra shipping charges on back orders. |
